Join us at the gym for a 4 week Women’s Health Mini Series hosted by Hunter Wooten and Jaden Sherman. Take action through an immersive workshop including movement, breathing and quality information.
The virtual option is for those who would like to join but are unable to be in person with us! We will send a link to your email with the google meet invite and you can watch through your computer. We will be moving in person so there will be breaks, but the content is all the same.
We will send all booklets, guidelines, recommendations in documents to your email so you can print it and follow along.
